No approval needed, goes live automatically once your domain verifies.
Do I need my own website or domain?
No — you get a working page at yourname.chatcobalt.com immediately, for free. You can point your own domain (e.g. chat.youragency.com) at it later if you want; just ask and we'll help you set up the DNS.
How long until my account and landing page are live?
You can sign up, add businesses, and explore your dashboard immediately. New partner accounts are reviewed before the public landing page itself goes live — usually within a day.
Can I manage more than one customer?
Yes — add as many customers as you want from your dashboard, each billed to your wholesale rate individually. Voice AI is a separate, optional add-on you can turn on per customer whenever they're ready.
What if I want to cancel a customer?
Cancel that business's wholesale billing anytime from its page in your dashboard — it stays active through the end of your current billing period, same as any subscription.
