Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card needed. Add billing from your dashboard anytime before the trial ends to keep your chatbot running without interruption.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Most customers upgrade or downgrade directly from their dashboard, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. See below for how cancellation works depending on how you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Custom plan customers can also be invoiced directly.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working for you in the first 14 days, reach out through our contact page and we'll make it right.
What happens if I use up my monthly AI replies?
Chat includes 2,000 AI replies a month and Chat + Voice includes 10,000, shared by your website and WhatsApp. We email you at 80% and 100%. Need more? Buy extra replies from your dashboard in packs of 1,000 ($2.50 or ₹149 + tax each); they never expire. If you run out completely, the AI pauses and the chat asks visitors to leave their details, so you still get the lead. Your replies reset on the 1st.
How many minutes does Voice AI include?
Voice AI comes with the Chat + Voice plan, which includes 150 minutes every month (300 in India). Running low? You can buy more minutes anytime right from your dashboard — no need to change plans or contact anyone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. How you cancel depends on how you pay: most customers cancel directly from their dashboard; PayPal customers cancel from their PayPal account settings; India customers can reach out from our contact page and we'll take care of it right away.
