Yes — Voice AI is available as a separate add-on for any Chat Cobalt plan. Your AI agent answers real phone calls using the same business knowledge as your chat widget, and every call is logged as a lead automatically.
How does the AI know about my business?
At signup, we read your website automatically to learn your services, pricing, and common questions. You can also add anything that isn't on your site — Chat Cobalt uses all of it to train your bot.
Where do captured leads go?
Every lead — from chat or voice — lands in your Chat Cobalt dashboard in real time, complete with contact details and conversation context, so you can follow up right away.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. How you cancel depends on how you pay: most customers manage or cancel directly from their dashboard; PayPal customers cancel from their PayPal account settings; India customers can reach out from our contact page and we'll take care of it right away.
