Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Chat Cobalt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Chat Cobalt on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Chat Cobalt provides an AI chat widget and optional AI voice calling, trained on information you provide about your business, along with a dashboard for reviewing captured leads.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to use Chat Cobalt to:

• Deploy a chatbot or voice agent that impersonates a real person without disclosure
• Collect information from visitors without a lawful basis
• Violate any applicable law or third party's rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

We want you to be satisfied with Chat Cobalt. If something isn't working for you within the first 14 days after your trial converts to a paid subscription, contact us via our contact page and we will refund that billing period in full, no questions asked.

Outside of this 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop future charges — cancelling prevents the next billing cycle, it does not refund the current one.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chat Cobalt and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of the business information you provide and the leads your chatbot captures.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

Chat Cobalt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chat Cobalt is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Chat Cobalt after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
