Every answer your AI writes, on your website or on WhatsApp, is one AI reply. Messages you type yourself do not count.

See how many you used
Open Overview. The bar AI replies this month shows how many you used and how many your plan includes.
If you use them all
Don't worry. Your AI keeps answering every customer. We email you when you reach 80% and 100%, and we get in touch about a plan that fits.
