Change your password

1. 1Click Settings in the left menu.
2. 2Find Change password and type a new one.
3. 3Press Update password.

Your login email

You can see it under Login email in Settings. To change it, send us a message from Support.

Forgot your password?

Email us at support@chatcobalt.com from the email address you log in with, and we will help you set a new one.

Delete your account

At the bottom of Settings, in Danger zone, press Delete my account. This cancels your plan and deletes your chatbot, leads and chats. It cannot be undone.
