Make sure every lead is a real person with a real phone number.

What it is

After a few free questions, the chat asks the visitor for their name, email and phone. They type a code we send them, so you know the details are real.

It is on by default.

Turn it on or off

  1. 1Click Settings in the left menu.
  2. 2Find Chat verification.
  3. 3Switch it on or off. It saves by itself.

Tip: On: every lead is real, but a few shy visitors may leave. Off: the chat asks politely instead, and some visitors will skip it.

Stuck?
