Step by step

  1. 1In WordPress, go to Chat Cobalt → Support.
  2. 2Write your question, add the email we should reply to, and press Send message.
  3. 3We reply by email, usually within a day.

Tip: Save your Business ID on the Settings screen first, so we know which account you are.
