Answer 'where is my order?' on WhatsApp

For WooCommerce shops: customers ask on WhatsApp and get their real order status.

How it works

  1. 1A customer messages your WhatsApp: 'Where is my order?'
  2. 2We ask your shop for orders placed with that same phone number.
  3. 3They get the status, the items and the tracking number in seconds.

Tip: Nobody can see anyone else's order: we only look up the phone number the customer is messaging from.

What you need first

  1. 1The Chat Cobalt plugin installed, with your Business ID and Site Key saved.
  2. 2Your WhatsApp number connected. See Connect your WhatsApp number.

Turn it on

  1. 1In WordPress, go to Chat Cobalt → WhatsApp orders.
  2. 2Tick Yes, answer order questions on WhatsApp.
  3. 3Press Save changes.
